Shipping Information

Delivery within the Kingdom of Bahrain


Orders made for delivery anywhere in Bahrain are free and at no cost. Once we receive your order and confirm it by email, it will take us one working day to process it and despatch it out for delivery.


International Delivery Information


Every order placed internationally will be dispatched through Express Mail. Delivery prices will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected. Prices are dependable on size and weight of your items. Delivery times average between 2-5 working days depending on the destination.


Rescheduling your delivery


If a courier has attempted to deliver to you but you were unavailable, they will leave a card providing details of when they will redeliver your parcel or if you can collect it from their sorting office. If no details have been left you can contact the courier directly using a tracking number that we shall provide you on request.


Missing items


If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order then please contact our Customer Care team customercare@horsepride.com and we will email you with steps to be taken for return and despatch the correct item for you according to your initial order.


Undelivered items


Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, Horse Pride will inform this by e-mail and agree alternatives.


Lost Parcels


If you have not received your order, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers, which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel. Once we can confirm this, we will agree further action with the customer.
